The most powerful tool for managing your contacts.

The quickest & easiest way to make a phone call, text, email, get directions, etc...

Many of us have a contact list that has gotten way too long to just scroll through. Contactimatic provides five ways of filtering that contact list down to a manageable length:
• Favorites - The contents of the "Favorites" group. Editable and reorderable.
• Recents - Recently called, texted, emailed, mapped, or edited contacts.
• Lookup - Text search with several nice improvements (see below).
• Groups - create, rename, and add contacts to groups. Select a group to see its contacts.
• Map - See all the addresses of all your contacts on a map. Draw a selection box to see the contacts within it.
The last three filters have panels. Each of these panels can be dynamically resized (and the sizes remembered). This is particularly useful on iPad.

Every contact list can be viewed by...
• Icons - Pinch the grid to change the size of each icon. Tap to place a phone call quickly.
• List - Contains buttons for contacts phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, etc...

Another difficulty with using your iPhone as a telephone is in getting access to your contacts. It typically takes several touches in the Phone app to get to the search keyboard, and then it gives you very little help finding someone. Contactimatic improves this in several ways:
• Keys that would cause the search string to match zero contacts are dynamically disabled, preventing mis-types.
• The hit areas of neighboring enabled keys are invisibly expanded, making it easier to type the right letter.
• The number of matching contacts is constantly updated, and you can see the first few matches.
• If you have large fingers, you can resize the keyboard to make it large to match!
• You can type a contact’s initials to find him/her.
• The “Matching” popup allows you to select which fields in each contact to match.
• In Settings, you can tell Contactimatic to show the keyboard immediately on startup.
The third screen shots shows this Lookup Filter.

Another inefficiency in the Phone app is that once you’ve found a contact, you have to touch it to go to its page, which perhaps must be scrolled to find the right phone number to call or email address to write. In many cases, such as when driving, this is annoying enough to be dangerous. In Contactimatic, you can simply tap-and-hold a contact to invoke a popup that allows you quickly perform the most common actions:
• Call or text a phone number.
• Email an email address.
• See an address on a map.
• Get driving directions to an address.
• Go to the contact’s Facebook page.
The last screen shot shows this popup.

There are far too many other useful, well-thought-out functionalities to list. Here are just a few highlights:
• You can change an address by dragging its pin on a map.
• When entering a phone number, a set of buttons appears allowing you to enter the most common area codes (in your address book) with a single touch. Similar with email addresses, cities, streets, etc...
• When entering an address, you can touch a button to fill in the remaining fields using GPS data.
• You can import contacts, pictures, and other data from Facebook! (It’s particularly nice to bring in pictures.)

To help you through all this, there is context-sensitive help information on every screen.

Contactimatic will make your iPhone into the easy-to-use telephone it was meant to be. Check it out today!
